Press Release for Immediate Release Announcing a New Website about Child Abuse and Neglect Research www.childabuseandneglectresearch.org. Karen Jean Matsko Hood is beginning a website as a class project for one of her doctoral classes taught by Dr. James Beebe at Gonzaga University. She has always wanted to start a project such as this and this assignment actually given her the opportunity to begin.
The main goal is to continue to add text and resources to this website in an effort to build a growing source of information for all those that are interested in helping out in the area of child abuse and neglect.
It is our goal to seek information regarding foster care and adoption, as well as other information vital to the topic of Child Abuse and Neglect.
Child abuseandneglectreasearch.org is a website dedicated to help find ways to prevent child abuse and neglect and also serves as a network of communication to find solutions and treatment for the victims of child abuse and neglect. This website serves as an information network to provide assistance with the growing problem of child abuse and neglect in the United States and in other countries, and also serves as an effort to find treatment for the perpetrators of child abuse and neglect, so that they will not continue this destructive cycle of abuse.
Child mistreatment comes in many forms and the purpose of this website is to share information with others so we can form a network to find solutions to this problem. If any of you out in the community have had experience and/or any success in preventing child abuse and neglect, please let us know. We are always looking for new ways to help reduce this increasing problem.
Our primary focus is the child, but we will also work on methods of education for prevention.
If you would like any more information please contact us at the address below which is located in the Inland Northwest in the beautiful city of Spokane Valley of Washington State. We also request that you please help us find other resources for prevention that have experience in research studies of child abuse and neglect so that we can provide more information to our local and national communities.
