Movie Review: Ellen Foster is a great family movie and a “must see” for children. The movie has award winning actors and actresses along with a touching story of Ellen and her search for a real home. The movie Ellen Foster illustrates the trauma children encounter in their own homes as well as during their move to foster homes. This movie was very effective in showing the pain that foster children experience on a day to day level, it is also successful in showing the coping skills that foster children develop and learn to use on a daily basis just to survive. This is definitely another Hallmark quality movie that I recommend to all families to see. |
